TERMS OF SERVICE AT CONSERVATORY STORES & SHOPS

All orders, except for special and foreign orders, may be returned for a full refund (less shipping) if they do not fully meet your expectations upon arrival. Most orders ship within one week. Special orders and Artwork prints take longer. If you are dissatisfied within the first forty-eight hours upon receiving your shipment, simply contact us and return in its original packaging (and condition) for a complete refund less shipping charges. Returns are only accepted during the first thirty days upon delivery. Under special circumstance returns may be accepted after 30 days with a minimum of a 25% restocking fee.

Any product/item returned, is subject to inspection and possible restocking fee. If returned damaged and beyond repair, the product/item will be considered non-refundable. There are no returns for any foreign/international or custom orders. (exceptions if incorrect product was sent, or may be for exchange only less shipping charges and possible restocking fees).

All new microscopes carry the complete manufacturers' warranty of five years. Pre-owned Microscopes are warrantied for 6 months. Pre-owned surgical instruments are warrantied for 6 months unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to change all prices without notice. Substitutions may be offered for items we do not have in stock, and of course with prior approval. We are not responsible for typographical errors, some pictures may not be representative of the item for sale, please refer to the description.

Have confidence by placing your order online via our secure website. Email, telephone and mail orders are gladly accepted. Our terms of payment for ALL customers will be in U.S. Dollars through PayPal banking. Some exceptions apply to our neighboring friends and countries. For our international customers, prepayment is required by couriered cashiers check or Paypal when authorized. All custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
